Threaded Flanges are produced in a range from 1/2″ to 48″(15 NB to 1200 NB) as per international standards like ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.47 Series A & B, MSS SP44, ASA, API-605, AWWA, and customer drawings. They include different pressure ratings ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500 and from PN6 to PN64. They are produced from a range of materials like carbon steel (ASTM A105, A350 LF1/LF2/LF3, A694 grades, and others), stainless steel (ASTM A182 F304, F316, F321, F904L, etc.), alloy steel (ASTM A182 F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, F91), special alloys Duplex, Super Duplex, and Nickel Alloys, respectively. Flange face types are Flat Face (FF), Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ).
